1.了解自我介紹的分類(lèi)

自我介紹根據(jù)介紹人的不同，可以分為主動(dòng)型自我介紹和被動(dòng)型自我介紹兩種類(lèi)型。

(1)在社交活動(dòng)中，在欲結(jié)識(shí)某個(gè)人或某些人卻無(wú)人引見(jiàn)的情況下，即可自己充當(dāng)自己的介紹人，將自己介紹給對(duì)方。這種自我介紹叫做主動(dòng)型的自我介紹

(2)面試自我介紹，將自己的某些方面的具體情況進(jìn)行一番自我介紹。這種自我介紹則叫做被動(dòng)型的自我介紹。

2.面試自我介紹基本內(nèi)容

包括本人姓名、供職的單位及部門(mén)、擔(dān)負(fù)的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作等三項(xiàng)，又叫工作式自我介紹內(nèi)容的三要素，通常缺一不可。

①姓名。應(yīng)當(dāng)一口報(bào)出，不可有姓無(wú)名，或有名無(wú)姓。

②單位。單位及部門(mén)，如可能最好全部報(bào)出，具體工作部門(mén)有時(shí)可以暫不報(bào)出。

③職務(wù)。擔(dān)負(fù)的職務(wù)或從事的具體工作，有職務(wù)最好報(bào)出職務(wù)，職務(wù)較低或者無(wú)職務(wù)，則可報(bào)出目前所從事的具體工作。

舉個(gè)例子，可以說(shuō)：“我叫唐果，是大秦廣告公司的公關(guān)經(jīng)理?！?/p>

3.掌握面試自我介紹的分寸

想要自我介紹恰到好處、不失分寸，就必須高度重視下述幾個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題：

(1)控制時(shí)間

①進(jìn)行自我介紹一定要力求簡(jiǎn)潔，盡可能地節(jié)省時(shí)間。通常以半分鐘左右為佳，如無(wú)特殊情況最好不要長(zhǎng)于1分鐘。為了提高效率，在作自我介紹的同時(shí)，可利用名片、介紹信等資料加以輔助。

②自我介紹應(yīng)在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間進(jìn)行。進(jìn)行自我介紹，最好選擇在對(duì)方有興趣、有空閑、情緒好、干擾少、有要求之時(shí)。如果對(duì)方興趣不高、工作很忙、干擾較大、心情不好、沒(méi)有要求、休息用餐或正忙于其他交際之時(shí)，則不太適合進(jìn)行自我介紹。

(2)講究態(tài)度

①態(tài)度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和，整體上講求落落大方，笑容可掬。

②充滿(mǎn)信心和勇氣。忌諱妄自菲薄、心懷怯藐。要敢于正視對(duì)方的雙眼，顯得胸有成竹，從容不迫。

③語(yǔ)氣自然，語(yǔ)速正常，語(yǔ)音消晰。生硬冷漠的語(yǔ)氣、過(guò)快過(guò)慢的語(yǔ)速，或者含糊不清的語(yǔ)音，都會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響自我介紹者的形象。

(3)追求真實(shí)。進(jìn)行自我介紹時(shí)所表述的各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容，一定要實(shí)事求是，真實(shí)可信。過(guò)分謙虛，一味貶低自己去討好別人，或者自吹自擂，夸大其詞，都是不足取的。
